CA rekeying / CA rollover

Can anybody give me a quick and dirty guide on CA rekeying / CA rollover steps? I couldnt find it anywhere..

Well, the "Sanctioned" method is found in RFC 4210 (Certificate Management
Protocol). You want to look at section 4.4
