CANT INSTALL!find demo cards but cant install

Yup, it says something about a DIREC3D thing it also says something about picture shader or something.

You know, this game Is suppost to be for kids, so don't you think they'd make the downloads understandable for a child too? Okay, I guess It's easy. Buit with all these hiding required programs, a child Is going to be very dissapointed.

Well, if you guys don't know what DirectX9.0, Direct3D, and .NET framework 2.0 are, then I would go
with the Novice Install, the only reason I would think you'd have a problem with Direct3D is if you had a computer with a outdated graphics card(and I mean really outdated), if your computer is outdated or is running an OS other than Windows XP or Vista. Direct3D goes with DirectX, which is Microsoft's. So, if you're on a Mac or you're running on a Linux system, there's your problem.

I am going through the novice install for a second time.  After the first time it said that my game pad was still not activated???

Right now I too am not happy.

At the risk of insulting you, did you launch the client after the install?
The client doesn't launch itself automatically after the install is completed, y'know.

Yeah, I'm currently miffed with TC Digital because I was under the impression it'd be all Flash (being an Ubuntu user, anything that uses multiplatform technology is great). Now, I have to either a) get ChaoticPad working under Wine or b) spend more time on my Windows partition than I would like.

Do you know whether or not you have Microsoft .NET 2.0 and DirectX 9? If you can't figure this out, then you should probably go with the Novice install.

Sorry to bump this topic, but I might be switching to Ubuntu soon, heard about it form a friend.

So did you have any luck in running the ChaoticPad in Wine? Since that was really the biggest thing holding me back from ditching XP (well and maybe Photoshop).
