CANoe+Simulink. Please help.

Im a last-year student and in my projeckt im sending data from sensor via CAN-bus to my Simulink model, where some new values will be calculated. Then via CANbus i need to send them in the model to  Control device. My problem is with output data, could you pleace explaine me how can i send output values from my model to control device? Im usind CANoe v 7.1
