Requirement:

The system shall provide the ability to access and review medication
information (such as patient education material or drug monograph). This may
reside within the system or be provided through links to external sources.

Does our German database support calling medication monographs in their
interface ?

If not it might be legal to import the information into the GNUmed system for
every one drug prescribed.

As it will not be provided to 3rd parties but rather stored for internal
review it might be legal to import the monograph for the prescribed drugs ?

It does.

Wherefrom if it does not ?

It certainly sounds legal to the non-lawyer. Whether it is
is another matter. However, it is not possible - the
external source Gelbe Liste does not give access to that
even though it does contain the information.
