Requirement
The physician intends to order the modified order set Diabetes One for
Jennifer Thompson. For Jennifer Thompson, deselect the order for RhoGam.
RhoGAM is deselected. Selected items in the order set now include:
HgbA1c;
Nutritional referral;
Basic metabolic panel; and
Non stress test.
FN 11.01 The system shall provide the ability for individual orders in an
order set to be selected or deselected by the user.

GNUmed has some code for ordering lab tests. I am not aware of support for
ordering other tests (unless declaring them a lab test in a pseudo lab :-).
Could anyone please file a wishlist bug with reference to the above so it
won't get lost.
