CF Builder RDS Issue

All,

I installed CF builder as a plugin for Flash builder 4 beta. I can create
connection to me webserver but can't connect to RDS. it gives me

Unable to contact the RDS Server "localhost"
Error executing RDS command. Status code: 404, Reason : Not Found

Any ideas?
