CF Testing server issues

Hi all,

This is the same issue as the previous email, and apologize for bringing this up again, but I am desparate.
Here's the details:
*  I have uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed cf8.  CF administrator is working fine.
*  I am able to view a date on a page within Dreamweaver (F12), but only after a pop-up window saying 'This will update file on testing server'.
*  I am NOT able to view this through IE directly by using the instructed URL.
*  Also, CFC's do not seem to be accessible although it's within the same root directory.

Does anyone have suggestions?  If not, what should be my next step?  Who should I contact?
If anyone is willing to make contact directly with me, please say so.  I can even show you directly on my computer what is happening and what the setup is by using a conferencing software.

I run CF8 in an XP Pro environment on three different
computers and have done so for quite a few years.

I will not guarantee I have the solution to your issue.
