CMS for use with GODADDY

Hey guys, I'm starting work on a project and I need a good CMS I've found a lot out there that I really like, however I haven't found one that will work on my host. I'm using GoDaddy.com As such I have no access to the CF admin page and JSP, Java servlets, and Java Objects, <cfobject> tag, the createObject function, CFExecute, and CFRegistry are all disabled. So any advice? Thanks a lot.
