I keep on receiving proxy errors, when editing or creating pages. Have to retry many times until it works, and often Confluence then tell me that the create page operation was already performed or that someone else modified the page. No. At the time you wrote this, there have been reports of issues with cwiki on infrastructure@. Check the infra mailing list or ask there if you're experiencing operational issues.
