Since 2000, the Passive and Active Measurement (PAM) conference has
provided a forum for presenting and discussing innovative and early
work in the area of Internet measurement. After being held in
Australia in 2006, and Europe in 2007, this year's PAM is back in the
United States in Cleveland, Ohio.
