Call for translation breakage in xfce4-panel master

Folks,

I have a couple of bugs regarding the (old) fixed width usage in the
tasklist with some other related bugs. The problems is that some
people want to old fixed width behavior, others want small buttons w/
expanding tasklist and the 3rd group wants expanding buttons to the
maximum available space.
This is quite easy to fixed with the patch attached, but it requires a
string change (New string is "Fi_xed length (pixels):") in the
properties dialog.

Is it ok if I commit this? It seems to make a lot of people happy...
