Camera target seems to work poorly

I've just updating to the latest Camera3D. I'm animating the lookat target
and the camera consecutively. As I'm moving (especially at slower speeds but
I guess that's because it is more apparent when it's not moving fast) the
position of the lookat (or the camera, hard to tell) is jumping and the
animation is really shaky (sometimes I see big polygons (most likely from
objects further away) being drawn all over the screen, so the fps is much
worse now).

I also noticed that my target object needs to be added to the scene to work
properly since the latest update which may have something to do with this
problem, since the transform xyz is (correct me if I'm wrong) updated
aswell.

Does anyone have any clues on ways to solve this? Is it possible to use a
lookat target without adding it to the scene (just using the pure x y z
world values as it did before)?
