I can't seem to find the way to access the SVN and to actually commit the changes i am making. Was wondering if anyone could possibly describe the steps needed for translating the documentation into a language that was not even started with the translation (Hebrew). I know that i need to checkout the master manual in the en directory from
http://framework.zend.com/svn/framework/standard/trunk/documentation/manual/
Then after the translating part of it to commit the changes to the 'he' directory But i can't. I guess because of the permissions so i tried contacting Darby, But it's been a couple of days and i got no answer. Do i need to wait a little longer or should i contact someone else? Since i am not sure if the Hebrew documentation team has a leader at all.
Thanks.
