Can't configure 1.3.40 on Solaris10

Hi,

maybe it's just a nerds mistake, but it could be a bug:

Populating new hardware, I had also to install swig. The last recent
version 1.3.40 fails, versions up to 1.3.39 are fine.

Symptom:
Configure fails while entering CCache.

#> export CC=cc
#> export CXX=CC
#> export CPPFLAGS="-I /usr/local/include"
#> ./configure

> === configuring in CCache (/opt/local/mysources/swig-1.3.40/CCache)
> configure: running /bin/bash Tools/config/configure '--prefix=/usr/local'  'CC=cc' 'CPPFLAGS=-I /usr/local/include' 'CXX=CC' --cache-file=/dev/null --srcdir=.
> /bin/bash: Tools/config/configure: No such file or directory
> configure: error: Tools/config/configure failed for CCache


I'm using:

HW: SUN X86/AMD
OS: Solaris 10 5/09
Compiler: Sun Studio 12.1

Can you check with a clean copy from the swig-1.3.40.tar.gz tarball
again as I cannot replicate this. There are also next to no changes in
the configure area between 1.3.39 and 1.3.40.
