Can't define a Datasource, get a connectionException ... ?

Hi all,

Thanks for replying to my "What's a site like this one worth" post. Lots
of good info!

Next question: I'm trying to create a Datasource in Railo's Web Admin.
After submitting the form, I get the following error:

Communications link failure due to underlying exception:

** BEGIN NESTED EXCEPTION **

java.net.ConnectException
MESSAGE: Connection refused

STACKTRACE:
[snip]

I googled a few different phrases, but couldn't find a resolution to
this error. How do I resolve this so I can create the DSN?
