Can not attach file in Squirrelmail

Version of Squirrelmail:  1.4.0

Using wampserver and  HMAIL Server

Operating system: Windows 2003 SERVER SP2

 

 

When I try to attach a file after pressing “ADD” I get the following error message

“Could not move /copy file. File not attached”

 

Probably some problem with persmissions ?

More than likely. Check the data file setting within the config.pl and
then check the permissions of the folders. These need to be writeable by
the web server user.

That's really old.
Perhaps you should first update to an newer version with less security  
holes.

Check upload_tmp_dir in your PHP configuration and attachment directory in SquirrelMail configuration.

Please note that configuration utility reports configuration file version and not SquirrelMail version. 1.4.0 configuration files are used in all SquirrelMail 1.4.x versions.

Thank you for the answers, Problem now solved. It was a miss spelling in
config file.
Now it works good.
