Can not download

When I try to download the program I get a page that thanks me for downloading but I cannot find any download --it does not give me an option to "download to" and a search finds nothing.

Please--what am I doing wrong--many thanks for any advice--obviously I really need help--Mel

Reviewing the logs and spot-checking things, I don't see anything wrong with the download.

The only kink I know of in the download process is that certain versions/configurations of Internet Explorer will splash a yellow ribbon with a poorly worded "are you sure" at the top of the page. You have to explictly allow that for the download to proceed.
