Cancelling balance on a stock dispatchHi all:
After transferring goods from Location A to Location B with "Bulk Inventory Transfer - Dispatch", at the receiving location a "Receive" is done BUT from time to time we wish to cancel the balance (maybe some goods got broken in the transport and returned, etc) But if the user clicks "Quantity to receive" is 0 and "cancel balance" the inventory transfer does not get cancelled, but keeps showing up in the system. Is there any reason for this? Is there any solution? Thanks, Ricard ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Come build with us! Re: Cancelling balance on a stock dispatchHi Ricard,
Currently it seems you have to do it in two transactions. Once you have part delivered, go back in to that transfer and choose to cancel the rest. This clears it. If you want to file a bug I can look at changing its behaviour later. Re: Cancelling balance on a stock dispatchHi Tim:
Yes. We fixed it already. Now you can cancel in just 1 transaction. I sent the modified file to submissions. Please check it and upload to CVS if OK.
