Cannot Start Firefox

I was just playing with the PHP module in netbeans. I figure - if I can do PHP
in netbeans, I might upgrade from Kate as my primary IDE. :P

However, if I have firefox running already, then I get the message, "cannot
start /usr/bin/firefox" when launching the applicaiton.  If Firefox is not
running then it launches just fine.

I googled and see others with this issue. Any ideas?

I'm running opensuse 10.3 32-bit.
