Cannot delete or move up down items in options message highlighting

Version 1.4.20-RC2.
Cannot delete or move up-down items in options - message highlighting.
Error by SquirrelMail "This page request could not be verified and appears
to have expired".
Once commented out lines with submitted_token variable in
src/options_highlight.php it works.

A stab in the dark, you've set SquirrelMail to use preferences
database, but the user you specified doesn't have insert, update, and
delete privs.  But, you don't provide any information about your
system, which we usually need...
