Cannot download GPSBabel 1.3.7 beta for OS X

I need the beta version because the Columbus V900 format doesn't seem  
to be supported in version 1.3.6.  Downloading begins, proceeds rather  
slowly, then terminates with the message, "Mounting failed".  I have  
tried twice.  I am running OS X 10.5.8 on a MacBook Pro 17" unibody  
early 2009.  Can anybody help?
