Canon Canoscan D646UHi everyone,
I have this ancient Canoscan D646U scanner. According to the documentation, and my personal experience, it's completely unsupported by the Sane drivers. Now, I think it would be a waste to get a new scanner, this one produces fine results, but I would like to get rid of running a virtual machine just to scan some photo's. So, I was wondering, what can be done? Is there a show-stopping reason why it's not supported? Because there are some hopeful notes on this page: http://www.sane-project.org/unsupported/canon-d646u.html Met vriendelijke groeten, Jelle De Loecker -- sane-devel mailing list: sane-devel@... http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/sane-devel Unsubscribe: Send mail with subject "unsubscribe your_password" to sane-devel-request@... |
