Case normali(z|s)ation

Hi all,

Right now the LKB seems to be case insensitive but my field data (when
ASCII-literated) is case sensitive. Is there a way to turn off the case
normalization in the LKB?

not at the moment.  It is something we would like to support but it requires
somebody to go through a lot of code because the case insensitive assumption
has been made in several places
