Hi,

I want to compile Cdparanoia release 9 but then I get this error message:

cd interface && make all

wordt binnengegaan
make libcdda_interface.a CFLAGS="-O20 -ffast-math -fsigned-char
-finline-functions "
make[2]: Map '/home/tranzedude/software/cdparanoia-III-alpha9.8/interface'
wordt binnengegaan
gcc -O20 -ffast-math -fsigned-char -finline-functions  -c scan_devices.c

Can somebody tell me what the problem is? I really want to use cdparanoia
compiled from source. My GCC version: gcc-4.1.3-29 and I have openSUSE 10.2

thanks in advance

The problem is a change in behavior in GCC4 that is fixed in the
current prerelease; you can pull a copy from SVN and all will be well.
