Change from '' string to "" string

Almost trivial, but not quite . . .

The install task description in the Gradle build.gradle uses '' strings
with a $gradle_installPath in it.  Can I sugest using "" string so that
this is a GString and the variable gets expanded when the task listing
is created?

I was almost tempted just to make the change but thought I had better
check that I wasn't doing something silly . . .
