Change in "responsible" AD

Hi,

Having pushed through (finally :-) your charter update, it is time for me to
swap responsibility for the WG with Stewart. Since both the chairs have Juniper
sponsorship, it is not appropriate for me (also sponsored by Juniper) to be the
responsible AD.
