Change repository author name

I posted this question on TSVN mailing list, but some guys asked me to post here.

I use SVN on local host for personal SCM. I use Aptana for development and I installed Subversive plug-in as SVN client. Subversive is taking my PC's default computer name as author name, whereas I want to change the name of author in my repository.

Please help.

 Details on type of setup you are running would help to solve the problem, whats the protocol you are using, is it Apache based or svnserve based or you are simply using file protocol.

Last I knew, he was using file:/// and very confused about repository
vs. WC/client and what client he was using where.
