I've noticed that the adduser script is outdated.
The vesion included in dlg 2.26 is 1.09 , the version used in slackware-12.2 is 1.10

# v1.10 - 24/03/08
#       * To facilitate use of the automatic mounting features of HAL,
#         allow the admin to easily add users to the default groups:
#         audio,cdrom,video,plugdev,floppy.
#         The default is not to add new users to these groups.
#         And by the way, this script is "useradd from Slackware" not
#         "superadduser from Gentoo" ;-)

I think it will be good if u include this change in the current relase [2.26.3] sins it's build for slackware12.2
and the adduser 1.10 is part of slack 12.2

There are few changes in the script for slackware13.0.
I'm telling this 'cose i saw that the develeopment work on dlg2.28 for slack13 has started....
So .... the changes there are:
# v1.12 - 21/07/09
#       * Adjusted the search of /etc/passwd to exclude the NIS inclusion
#        string.  Thanks to Dominik L. Borkowski.
# v1.11 - 04/06/09
#       * Add power and netdev to the suggested group list

I think its needed to update the build script for shadow package, and
rebuild this package by adding the slackwares adduser script to it.
Will try to do that as soon as possible. Can you please fill up a
ticket on sf.net ?

Definetly we need to pay more attention to this kind of differences
and set this up correctly this way already from the beginning.
