Changes to the checkout process

I sent a mail on this a week or so ago and haven't heard back, so I figure I'll send a second message.  I'd like to make two changes to the checkout process and I'd like to get feedback (or approval) on them.

The first one is simply to switch the card verification code and the credit card number fields.  Currently it asks for the code first and then the number and I've gotten feedback from a client that the are often entering the number into the code field.  I think it seems intuitive that the first field would be for the number, so I think this change makes sense.

The second change is to collect an organization name along with the billing address.  For their case they often sell to multiple depts. within the same organization, so collecting that information along with the billing address makes sense.  I'm not sure if this makes sense for everyone so I'm looking for ideas and feedback.

Seems good to me. There was an issue in the tracker
(http://code.google.com/p/getpaid/issues/list) about it, but I
couldn't find it. Also someone worked on it at some point, but I never
heard from the person again.
