Changing default value of X-Spam-Level..

Dear List,

I want to change the default SPAM Level from 5 to 2.  How to change it  
in prefs.php of Ingo.

$_prefs['spam'] = array(
     'value' => 'a:2:{s:6:"folder";N;s:5:"level";i:5;}',
     'locked' => false,
     'shared' => false,
     'type' => 'implicit'
);


Please let me know.  I tried changing 5 with 2 in two places, in the  
above.  But, it was not effective.
