Changing idle time out value for imap

Hi,

We are experiencing load issues due to courier-imap ..When we checked we see that there is lot of idle imap connections in the server. According to IMAP protocol we know that the default value is 30 minutes. Is there any way we can change the value and set it to a lower value.
