Checked in: Fix bug 288974

Add JPA Testing on WLS to support different domain type - e.g. admin server,
managed server, cluster, etc. Also add Huyen's updates for JPA testing on WebLogic,
and it's easy to setup for user.

Tested on WebLogic 10.3.1 and  SUN jdk 1.6.0_14
