Chi square test

Hello Friends,
I am trying to assess the segregation of a transcript which i transformed to arabidopsis.
I have T2 and T3 generation seeds and i have selected them on Kanamycin and got Kan+ and Kan- plants.
my problem is 'How to do Chi square Test' by correlating my selection data?
can anybody teach me how to do the Chi square test?
