 There seem to be some issues with these files, propably encoding
problems, that break the webwml build. Can you pretty please check the
files again wether they are encoded properly and that the build works
for you locally with these files?

I am very sorry for that. I think the wml files were translated in UTF-8
format by my email client. But the correct encoding is BIG5.

I have chosen to aviod that trap by packing the wml files.
