Cistron Webmin on GentooGood day all,
I am trying to install Cistron Radius module for Webmin - Has any one ever got this to work? What additional details do you need from me? I have tried installing using add modules from webmin configuration but it fails. I select From ftp or http URL and use http://superb-east.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/cistronwebmin/cistron.wbm as the file location and I select Grant access to all Webmin users. here is what I get Downloading http://superb-east.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/cistronwebmin/cistron.wbm (187392 bytes) .. The cistron.wbm file is just a tar archive with the relevant files inside it. One of those files, 'module.info', has a line like this: os_support=solaris redhat-linux debian-linux slackware-linux (etc) I suspect that if you added 'gentoo-linux' to that line, tarred it back up, and installed from that local copy, it would work. 'gentoo-linux' may not exactly be it; you might be able to find that information in your Webmin docs. Note: depending on how cistron was built (I've never seen the gentoo ebuild for it), you might need also to change some of the values in the file called 'config'. The defaults are probably right, though. If that fails, contacting the developers of the cistron webmin module.
