Citrix print: Document name vs "Citrix ICA Remote Job"

We desperately need an expert in printing under the Citrix environment.

This is a PAID job, we have money to spend on it.

Specifically, we need to know if there is anyway to get Citrix to show the
actual document name for a print job going to a PCL printer driver rather
than the text "Citrix ICA Remote Job" for every job.
