Clackamas County deputies shut down all northbound I-205 lanes to
regular traffic. The fleeing suspect pulled over onto the shoulder and
tried to run, in the area of Southeast Jannsen.
That suspect, later identified as Donnee Ray Mincher of Molalla, tried
to get over a fence but didn't make it. Gladstone cop Officer David
Plummer zapped him, deputies helped subdue him, and the chase was
over.
There were no injuries. Mincher is in the Clackamas County Jail,
awaiting legal action in both Clackamas County and in the federal
courts.
