ClientAdmin Tool Library

I have installed the CalDAVClientLibrary tool in my CalendarServer folder, but when I try to run it (or try to use the GUI), I get an error that the Kerberos module is not installed.  I am not using Kerberos. Do I need to use it to get the tool to work?  is there anything else I could be doing wrong?

My goal is to set up delegates which, to date, I have survived without.
