Hi,
I remenber another post about this. I would suggest to be able to issue command on an embedded cvs command line. This is mainly important in windows where otherwise we should relay on an external cvs binary. Anidea could be to get a prompt in the output window. Is this feature queued for impelementation? Hi Fabio,
For what purpose you need that? Hi,
I am involved in a large cvs projects as cvs repository manager (Import, re import, branching, merging on more than 3 million lines of code modules). I find smartcvs is very good view at the repository (which is always needed is admin related activities) but some times a bare approach is needed to have a better feeling about what is really happening. Hi,
we experienced several problems with cvs binaries on windows checking out large modules of about 30000 file and we are not interested in using cvsnt which is not always interacting smoothly with cvs 1.11 . So a robust cvs client for windows is not that simple, as it could seem . We had to dismiss in favour of a pure Linux solution. Real World is not that simile.
