Commits showing as modified remote state after 6.02 upgrade

We recently updated to version 6.0.2, and started having a problem where after a commit, SmartSVN shows begins to list the program as if there was a modification on the server. The original commit went fine, not errors reported.
The remote state shows as modified, the local state shows as unchanged. If you diff the programs, they are identical. Sometimes if you do an update, the states are fixed, sometimes not. Does a Refresh Remote State fix the problem? Please use Help|Enable Connection Logging before refreshing Remote State and send it directly to us (and include some screenshots).
