Compile errors with CVS head

Hi Greg,

There are two errors with the call to IRemoteFileManager.gerResource() method.
In rm.remote.ui.wizards.AbstractRemoteProxyResourceManagerConfigurationWizardPage.java, line 690~691,
the call to fileMgr.getResource() is different from its prototype declaration.
There is also a similar problem in rm.ui.wizards.AbstractRemoteProxyResourceManagerConfigurationWizardPage.java.

Please change them if they still exist.

Jie,

The org.eclipse.ptp.rm.remote plugin is no longer used. The equivalent functionality should be available in the org.eclipse.ptp.rm.core/ui plugins. 

Please remove it from your workspace.
