Hi,
I had some issues when compiling gdome2 on Solaris 8 Sparc and X86
with Sun Studio 11. Essentially there were three issues:
1. gcc-specific options -Wall and -ansi should be removed
2. return and a function as argument of a function despite it is
not returning a value rises an error on Studio 11
3. DESTDIR is not fully functional in gtk-doc/
Patches for all three issues are available from the OpenCSW repository
