Compiling Erlang using Intel's C++ Compiler 11

If there is somebody interested I wrote a tutorial
(http://marian-dan.com/wordpress/?p=311) about compiling Erlang with
Intel's C++ Compiler 11 for enhancing memory transfer (using streaming
and memory bounded threads) and floating point operations (more
precision, less speed).
