Components pages now use correct Higgins stylesheet

I also retired the (unusted) “test” as well as the now unecessary “h1” and “h1.1” columns.

Also, when you create new components tables, don’t add any extra line breaks—this is what causes some of the header rows to grow taller than they need to be (the line breaks get included in the content of the table as superfluous: <p><br/></p>).
