Concurrent tcp/ip server

Hi,
I was wondering has anyone tried running
a concurrent TCP/IP MVS program succesfully
I am running under Windows So I am using
FISH's TUNTAP interface
I am able to start one socket session
from Windows to MVS but I am having trouble
starting multiple socket connections
I followed the guidelines in z/os communication
server guide and reference however when I
start my second socket thread from windows
z/os doesn't recognize the connection

any comments are welecome
