Configuration changes to /etc/ssh/sshd_config being lost (MDC2009.1)

I find that I keep loosing changes made to /etc/ssh/sshd_config.

It seems some script is reverting to the original script from
time to time.

How can I ensure that my changes are not lost?

What are you changing in sshd_config? One application I know of is msec,
but it changes only PermitRootLogin setting.
