Conflict between cards

If you havent already seen them, there are previews of the marrillian cards at http://chaoticoccasus.blogspot.com/  My issue is with the first real marrillian creature, gan'trak. Since he is a cheiftan, all minions in the same army use their brainwashed text, and they can only use generic mugic. What would happen if one of the minions had hepptad's crown as its battlegear? Which ability would override the other, gan'traks, or hepptads crown?

More than likely gan'trak would over-ride the crown. If he was in your army and a creature had the crown and mugic from other tribes, it would probably just make them un-selectable like when you are fighting at the Runic Grove location (where only generic mugic can be played).

I agree with WEB4K!DZ, the M'arrillian ability that would only allow the playing of Generic Mugic would override the Crown. Heptadd's Crown states that equipped creature may play Mugic from any Tribe, but Gan'Trak for example states that Minions you control may only play Generic Mugic, a global ability targeting all of your creatures that are Minions.
