I ditto the congratulations and also want to thank everyone for a great year of racing. I want to congratulate Ramon for the quick passes and if I have heard right....the points champion. I believe he went one point past Buddy. Buddy did a great job all year and wound up the season as the fastest street driven car to ever go down the Penwell race track......a 7.86 at 175mph.... is what I heard and then drove the car home. At the weight of Buddy's car, most folks can't appreciate this great accomplishment, especially on pump gas. Being the old street racer I am, I won't even attemt to top that one. Congratulations also to Steven Derrick (points champion) and his accomplishment. Steven and Kevin Allen laid down some incredible numbers (5.13) and have given us a lot to shoot for.Thanks to everyone for a great season. I also want to thank Devon (the little trooper)and John Stevens....Randy Wells and Justin Kirkham....our officers........sponsors (Larry Stroud, James Hindmann, Chris Trew...just to name a few), and every participant. I especially want to thank Penwell Knights Raceway, the owner and staff, and all who gave us a great place to race. Next year should be a great year with many new cars and combinations.
