Connecting to a UNIX Server

Hi all,

I have a VPN connection to work and know the server information but I do not know how to set up CygWin to connect to it. I had it before but unfortunately lost the information and the batch file that connected for me. Would someone here be able to help me out.

I was able to get it through an article titled "Connect To remote Unix desktops with Cygwin"
