Console messages require document name tag.

If I have more than one document open how can I tell which message on
the console belongs to which document?

Also, why does the message output from renders get blocked until the
render finishes? Can we spawn a new console for these messages to get
around this buffering?

What's the use case?  I'm unclear on the value of interleaving work
among multiple documents?

Not following you here ... I see normal output during the render.

In general, I don't see this happening.  Among other things, lots of
messages aren't associated with any particular document.  In any case,
what are the messages that are important?  The console is really there
for troubleshooting, so if it's indicating an error of some kind, we
should be fixing the error.  If there's output that's more generally
useful to end-users, we should be making it more visible (think users
who start the app from an icon and don't have a console at all).

Cheers,
Tim
